121Chef is now one of Hampshire's finest caterers. World travelled personal chef, Martin J Packard, set up the company with the prime objective of cooking for large functions without the use of generic menus.
"Our aim is that with a lot of enthusiasm and a little bit of imagination, menus are designed and tailored to each clients aspirations, time schedule and budget. These include cuisines from all over the world as well as our specialities, North African and extensive Mediterranean."
Using specially selected and often award winning local suppliers, 121Chef aims to bring your menu to life with both flavour and appearance. We employ professional staff to make sure everything goes perfectly. In addition we can supply all equipment including furniture, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen appliances, marquees, as well as suggesting the best photographers, bands etc. to make your day go as smoothly as possible.
New for 2007 we now offer a fully licensed drinks service "Flutes Celebration Bars" featuring oak top bars with clean lines and an impressive product range.
