121Chef reserve the right to cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel, we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel a booking, please note the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 12 months before the event, 10% of the total cost will be payable.
• Up to 6 months before the event, 25% of the total cost will be payable.
• Up to 3 months before the event, 50% of the total cost will be payable.
• Up to 1 months before the event, 75% of the total cost will be payable.
• Within 1 month of the event, the full cost will be payable.

By booking an event, you have confirmed that you have read and understood our cancellation policy.
