Further to us looking for supplies in earth friendly packaging, we are now having all vegetable and fruit cuttings produced by 121Chef turned into compost. |

Also for 2007 we are leading the way by offsetting all our vehicle fuel emissions coming closer to being a carbon neutral company. |

We are already looking forward to what we can add in 2008 to play our part in getting our planet back to how it used to be.
